National Mind's website - Mind produces various factsheets and booklets on mental health issues. It also runs the MindinfoLine, which offers help on a range of mental health issues. Mind in Mid Herts is an affiliated local association of Mind.
Sane - this national charity provides help and information to those experiencing mental health problems, their families and carers through SANEline and SANEmail.
Viewpoint - this is a mental health service user involvement project in Hertfordshire. The charity holds local forums and meetings and raises to take service user views and suggestions to mental health service providers.
The Connect Club Charity - a local charity providing support, skills training, education and leisure activities for people managing their mental health and living in the Welwyn Hatfield area.
Guideposts Trust - this charity provides services for people with dementia, with or recovering from mental health problems, and those with learning disabilities.
