NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Mind in Mid Herts (“the Company”) will be held at  11 Hatfield Road,  St Albans,  Herts,  AL1 3RR   on Wednesday 25th January 2012 at 7.30pm to transact the following business:

 

 

Part One

 

1. To receive apologies.

 

2. To consider and if appropriate to approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 18th January 2011.

 

3. To receive a report from the Chairman on behalf of the Trustee Board.

 

4. To receive and consider the Statement of Accounts and the Balance Sheet of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2011.

 

5. To appoint Daniel Wolfson & Co as auditors and authorise the Trustees to fix their remuneration.

 

6. To elect as Trustees the following who retire by rotation, namely: Ron Channon, Sue Margereson

 

7. To elect as new Trustees: Bob Lombardelli and John Reid

 

8.  Notification of retirement of the Trustees; Cynthia Fletcher, Fran Hook and Kathryn Kenny
