Mind in Mid Herts runs a number of services to help people with mental health issues in St Albans, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hertford and Stevenage.

All our services are offered free of charge. You can apply for the services by filling in a referral form - click here to download the form. Send the completed form to Mind in Mid Herts, 137a Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 4JX.

We will get in touch once your application has been processed. A few services may require you to be referred by a medical practioner or social worker.
