No workplace is entirely free of conflict, however if left unaddressed it can cause stress, anger and depression. This course aims to support people to face these challenges directly whilst maintaining productivity and morale.

Who’s it for?

Anyone who would like the opportunity to learn skills and techniques to engage people in conversations and dialogue that are enabling.


By the end of the session delegates will have a greater understanding of:

  • What is meant by conflict.
  • Recognising signs of conflict escalation.
  • Bullying and harassment.
  • Effective strategies to managed conflict, including negotiation skills.
  • Solution focussed, brief work and appreciative models of engaging individuals.

This course is available as a half day or full day session.
