Last year we supported 1840 people, 40% more people than ever before.
We continue to:
- Keep in touch, calling people who cannot make it in to our centre
- Offer courses and social support groups online
As well as all the services people know and value – in person, including women/men and arts/crafts groups.
Our services are needed now more than ever – please support our fundraiser. Come, and meet us at the theatre on Thursday, 12 May 2022 in Mental Health Awareness week. This year the theme for mental health awareness week is loneliness. We want to ensure that everyone who needs support for their mental health is seen as quickly as possible. Please join us in 2022 mental health awareness week and talk to your friends/family about mental health.
