We are excited to be delivering our mental health awareness training today!! It is so important that we learn how to spot the signs and gain an understanding of what to do if we think someone is experiencing mental health difficulties. If you missed out, don't worry. We have a few places left on our next training day on 25th March.
Time to Talk day is 4th February and the theme is "The Power of Small."
To mark Time to Talk Day we are asking you to sign up to our Spring into Health Challenge and take on 170 miles at your own pace. You can take on this challenge on your own or you can sign up as a team and split the distance.
Join this virtual challenge with @myleschallenges to help motivate you to get active again while supporting your local community
Today we remember all whose lives have been brutally cut short during the Holocaust, and in genocides around the world. Join us and #LightTheDarkness by lighting a candle in memory of all victims #HMD2021
