Workshops for Wellbeing and Recovery

We run a series of workshops and courses designed to help people make positive change in their lives.

These course run for approximately 2 hours and consist of six structured sessions. Each course is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) principles that intend to identify unhelpful thoughts patterns that serve to maintain unhelpful behaviours.

Our workshops consist of a 3 hour session that is supported by an experienced and qualified facilitator, sharing information and aimed to share information and creating a learning environment that allows learners to develop a range of strategies to support their development.

These course aims to support participants who are willing to engage with guided self-help to develop a range of strategies and skills to manage their low mood, worries, fears and anxieties.

What We Ask of You

Mind in Mid Herts expects individuals to commit to attending and completing the learning programme and to engage with the learning group.

Please note you need to register your interest and have an initial meeting prior to the course to ensure this course is the right one for you.
