This workshop aims to enable participants to gain a good understanding of various aspects of healthy eating, such as food labelling, weight management and how healthy eating can help fight issues such as stress
By the end of workshop learners will:
Understand the importance of diet on their wellbeing
Learn how food might be affecting your moods
Explore ways to make informed decisions in regards to nutrition
To participate on this course the online referral form will need to be completed and an initial assessment will be carried out at your nearest centre.
