Aim of the workshop
This workshop aims to enable participants to gain a good understanding of sleep and explore strategies to better improve their sleep.
By the end of workshop learners will:
- Understand the psychological and physiological benefits of sleep.
- Learn strategies to improve their sleep.
To participate on this course the online referral form will need to be completed and an initial assessment will be carried out at your nearest centre.
