We are asking people to Do One Thing this World Mental Health Day and sign-up to be mental health champs – supporting us to support you and the growing number of people experiencing challenges with their mental health.
This November travel the streets of the Olympic Games in Tokyo (124miles) to raise funds and awareness for Mind in Mid Herts and support your own mental health by getting active.
