Who is a front line worker?
We see front line workers as those providing services directly to communities; especially support to those that are vulnerable during these uncertain times. Front line workers may include; medical workers, community health and social care workers, first responders, pharmacists, funeral workers and carers (those supporting their loved ones with their health and wellbeing).

Our wellbeing courses have been designed to support people make positive changes in their lives with topics ranging from; depression, anxiety and stress.
Live, Online Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention in the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness is applied in many settings as research has shown that it has numerous benefits including promoting positive mental wellbeing, alleviating psychological distress and alleviating chronic pain. You may also find that it improves sleep, concentration and self-esteem.
