Free Mindfulness for front line workers
We are delighted we can now offer a FREE dedicated digital wellbeing package to support front line and social care staff to help them to stay well and resilient during these uncertain times.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is suitable for individuals who experience difficulty in managing stress, low level anxiety, and general challenges, including physical pain and physical difficulty.
When is it running?
We will be running x2 sessions every Monday to Friday at 8:30am- 9am & 4:30pm- 5pm, launching on Wednesday 15th April. Workers can take part in as many sessions as they like free of charge. Please register your interest below to book.
