Head of Service – Outreach
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for: To plan, develop, direct and oversee the management of Mind in Mid Herts’s current and future outreach programmes, ensuring the efficiency of service delivery and operations for sustainability and growth
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, flexibility required
Location: Travel around our four centres (St Albans, Hatfield, Stevenage, Hertford) will be required

Senior Support Worker (Floating)
Salary: £23,192 per annum, pro rata
Responsible to: Social Support Team Lead
Responsible for: Delivering and assisting with support services for individuals and groups of people across all of our locations
Hours: Part time – 16 hours per week, flexibility required
Location: Base will be the closest centre of residence, travel between all our centres will be required (St Albans, Stevenage, Hatfield and Hertford)
