Mental Health Awareness Week is one of the biggest awareness weeks globally.
This year the theme is nature and how nature can improve your mental health. Evidence has shown people have connected more with nature this year due to the pandemic, going for walks, buying house and garden plants and so much more.
There are so many ways you can get involved including:
Start conversations with your friends, colleagues and family around mental health and what they do to support their wellbeing.
