Mind in Mid Herts Invites You to Join Mental Elf 2024: A Festive 5K Fun Run for Mental Health Support
St Albans, Hertfordshire – Mind in Mid Herts is excited to announce Mental Elf 2024, returning on 30th November 2024 at Oaklands College, St Albans Campus. This popular festive 5K fun run brings the community together to support crucial mental health services in Hertfordshire, while encouraging participants to don their best festive costumes.

Mental Elf is not just another run – it’s an opportunity for everyone to join the fight against mental health stigma and raise awareness. With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem of some kind each year in England, every participant’s step in this fun-filled event helps Mind in Mid Herts continue to provide life-saving services to those in need.
Fundraising for a Cause:
This year, participants can make an even bigger impact by contributing to our JustGiving fundraising campaign. By raising funds, participants directly help Mind in Mid Herts deliver essential mental health services to individuals in need. Our target this year is £3,000.
