This two-day training course empowers individuals to become Mental Health Peer Supporters. These are trusted, approachable points of contact who help create a culture of openness, empathy, and early intervention. You’ll gain the confidence and tools to recognise when someone is struggling, respond supportively, and signpost to appropriate help.

In today’s workplaces, conversations about mental health are still too often avoided. 1 in 5 workers report that high levels of stress have impacted their performance.* Without structured peer support, individuals can feel isolated and unsure where to turn which leads to hidden problems like presenteeism, burnout, and poor mental health outcomes.
