We are a local, independent charity affiliated with National Mind. We draw on an active volunteer base & a professional team of staff, consisting of counsellors, psychotherapists, wellbeing coaches, mindfulness practitioners & specialist trainers.

The organisation is led by an experienced and well-qualified Chief Executive, with over 25 years of experience working in mental health, backed by a board of trustees who provide strategic guidance, and direction and monitor our deliverable outcomes. Our trustees’ skills & experience cover finance, business strategy, change & transformation, HR, governance, pharmacy & occupational therapy, from various industries.

We have proudly supported community & business organisations through training & development for the last 10 years. In 2021 – 2022 we reached over 1000 people through our workshops, and courses, giving talks & ensuring that people have the skills & knowledge to stay well at work.

We value every one of our partners and want to make your experience with us, as meaningful for you and your employees, as it is for us and the people who use our services.
