Support Groups for Men’s Mental Health in Hertfordshire

November is Men’s Mental Health Month, a time to highlight men’s wellbeing. For many men, opening up about how you really feel can be one of the hardest things to do. There’s still a stigma that says men should ‘just get on with it.’ However, the more we open up, listen, and support each other, the more we help to break that stigma.
We know that looking after your mental health isn’t always straightforward. Talking about how you feel can take courage, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. But support is out there, and you don’t have to face things alone.
This year, in 2025, we’ve teamed up with a range of local services and community groups across Hertfordshire who are here to help. Whether you’d like to open up about what’s on your mind, take part in an activity, or just connect with other men who get it, there’s something for you.
Take a look below to find local support, meet others, and take that first step towards feeling better in your own way, at your own pace.
