We are delighted to be running a new mindfulness-based stress reduction program!
18th July 2022 – 5th September 2022 (6pm-8pm)
The online program is an eight-week evidence-based program; which offers mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety and depression. This will be run by our qualified mindfulness practitioner.
It is a practical approach that trains attention, allowing people to cultivate awareness and therefore enabling them to have more choice and take wise action in their lives. You’ll also receive a workbook to utilise alongside the course and practice skills yourself.
